05 How we roll out at your clinic
  1. i.

    Day 0 · Conversation

    20 minutes on WhatsApp video. You show us how your clinic works today; we show you the software; we figure out which bits matter and which don't.

  2. ii.

    Day 1 · Provisioning

    We create your hospital's tenant — a private database, your URL (e.g. apollo.hms.sayuk.cloud), accounts for admin / reception / doctors / pharmacy. Pricing, working hours, services configured.

  3. iii.

    Day 2 · Data import

    Your existing patient list comes across — Excel, photos of registers, whatever you have. We do the entry, you check it. By end of day, your patient base is searchable.

  4. iv.

    Day 3 · Training

    2 hours with reception, 30 minutes with each doctor, 30 minutes with the pharmacist. We sit with them. Real patients during training are encouraged — it's how people learn.

  5. v.

    Day 4 onwards · Live

    You start with full software for the day's OPD. We stay on WhatsApp for the first month for questions. After that, you only contact us when something needs changing.

06 Questions you're probably asking
Will my reception staff be able to use it?
Yes. Reception staff use WhatsApp every day on the same kind of phones. We trained the first clinic's front desk in two hours, including the patient who walked in mid-training. The interface is designed for thumbs, not for mice.
What about my existing patient records?
We import on day one. Hand us the Excel sheets, paper register photos, or whatever you have — we'll set up your patient list and you start from there. No double entry.
What about internet outages?
We designed for flickery WiFi and patchy mobile data. The PWA installs to your phones once and works through brief drops; sync resumes when the connection is back. We won't lose your day's data because the cable broke.
Is it secure?
Per-tenant database (your data is yours, isolated from every other hospital). Encrypted WhatsApp credentials. Audit log on every record change. Aligned with NABH Information Management standards and DPDP Act expectations for patient data.
How is the system actually built?
Test-driven where it matters: 407 automated tests covering patient flows, billing math, prescription generation, and audit hooks before any change ships. Every schema change is versioned with Alembic migrations and is reversible. Every mutation to a patient record is logged in an audit trail keyed to the user who made it. We build like an NABH IMS auditor is walking in tomorrow — because eventually one will.
Can I use it during a NABH ELCP / SHCO audit?
Yes — that's a primary design goal. The NABH compliance bundle (consent forms, ADR reporting, PSQ dashboard) is built into daily workflow, so the evidence you need for assessment is captured automatically as you treat patients. No separate paperwork.
How much does it cost?
Three tiers — Solo, Clinic, Network — based on your hospital's size and which integrations you need. We quote on a quick call rather than publishing rate cards, because every hospital's reality varies so much (a 12-bed pediatrics nursing home and a 40-bed multi-speciality clinic are different conversations). 30-day free trial on every tier, no credit card. WhatsApp messages (~₹0.10–0.15 each) and payment-gateway fees (~2% on Razorpay) pass through at cost, not bundled into your subscription.
What happens if Sayuk stops running?
Your data is yours, structurally. Multi-tenant isolation means your hospital's database has no entanglement with any other clinic's. On request — any day, any reason — we hand you a SQL dump of your tenant, a JSON export of every entity, and PDFs of every patient record. The question isn't whether *we* survive any scenario, it's whether *your records* do. They do. (And separately: formal source-code escrow with a third party is on our 2026 roadmap, for additional belt-and-braces.)
