सयुज्

Connected software for the businesses that keep India running.

from Sanskrit sayujto yoke, to join, to make whole.

The j softens to a k in Indian-English mouths — sayuk is how we say it aloud.

two threads, one knot

currently shipping sayuk · hms — hospital management for India's neighbourhood clinics
01 Why किंनिमित्तम्

India has a quiet majority of small operators — the 30-bed nursing home, the 3-charger EV station, the neighbourhood school of 200, the diagnostic lab in a market street.

They run on Excel, WhatsApp groups, and ageing whiteboards. The SaaS tools written for the top of the market don't fit their reality — too costly, too English, too cloud-only on networks that flicker.

Sayuk builds the tools that do fit. One product at a time. Multi-tenant from day one. WhatsApp-native. Aligned with the regulations that matter — NABH, DPDP, FAME-II. Shipped, not pitched.

03 The vision सङ्कल्पः

A small portfolio of cloud software for India's small operators — connected by a shared platform, honest about the markets they serve, aligned with the standards that matter.

  1. i. स्थानम्

    Built where the problems live

Tier 2/3 India. On WhatsApp. On phones that aren't the latest. On networks that flicker. Mobile-first, offline-tolerant, low-bandwidth. Designed for a clinic on the second floor of a market street, not a Manhattan startup.

  2. ii. सहकर्तारौ

    Two co-founders, real customers

No venture round. No 24-month roadmap selling vapor. We ship one product to ten paying users before we even draft the next. Two co-founders carrying the weight; no consultants, no agency. Slow, considered, durable.

  3. iii. विधिसम्मतम्

    Aligned with what's required

NABH for healthcare. FAME-II for EV. DPDP for data. Clinical Establishments Act, NABL for labs, RTE for schools. The regulations aren't an afterthought — they're baked into the data model on day one.

  4. iv. ग्रन्थिः

    Each product, a node

Identity, audit, notifications, deployment, infrastructure — shared rails across products. Adding a new product means inheriting the platform, not rebuilding it. The whole grows faster than the parts.

A note from the co-founders सहसंस्थापकौ

We took our baby boy for pediatric checkups at a clinic in our hometown. Front desk: a paper register. Doctor's room: another register. Pharmacy across the corridor: a thick ledger book. A phone ringing through it all. Nobody knew which child was waiting, who was last seen, or what was prescribed.

Unorganised. Chaotic. And completely normal.

The big SaaS pitches these clinics software they can't afford, in English they have to translate, on flows that assume a dedicated IT person. The pitch fails and another decade goes by on paper.

Sayuk is the alternative. One product at a time, slowly, built with attention to the things that actually slow a small operator down. WhatsApp not email. Offline tolerance not 99.99% SLAs. Marigold ink on cream paper, not purple gradients on white. India's reality, not a Bay Area abstraction.

If you run a clinic, a charging station, a lab, a school — or if you're a developer who wants to build something honest with us — write.
